1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at https://axzlead.com or purchasing any services from AxZ Lead ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this website or ordering any services.

We accept US-issued credit and debit cards only. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

2. Payment and Fees

AxZ Lead uses Stripe as its third-party payment processor. All prices are stated and charged in US dollars (USD). A Payment Processing & Platform Fee is included in the total displayed at checkout — this fee covers the cost of secure card processing and platform infrastructure. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount shown on the payment summary screen.

We accept US-issued credit and debit cards only. Prepaid cards, gift cards, and non-US cards are not accepted. For international payment arrangements or bank transfers, you must contact our sales team before placing an order.

3. Digital Goods and Service Delivery

All services provided by AxZ Lead are digital research, skip tracing, and title examination services. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables (such as data spreadsheets, lead files, research reports, and examination documents) are delivered electronically through your AxZ Lead client portal or via encrypted email.

Delivery timelines are estimates based on order complexity, records volume, and public record jurisdiction availability:

Standard skip tracing and lead generation orders: typically 1–7 business days.
High-volume or custom research orders: up to 14 business days.
Complex title examination assignments: up to 21 business days.

The estimated delivery window for your specific order is displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Delivery timelines begin on the next business day following payment confirmation. AxZ Lead provides progress updates via email and through your client portal at each milestone.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom, data-intensive nature of digital research services:

(a) Before work commences:

If you request cancellation before research work has commenced (typically within 1 business day of payment confirmation), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support@axzlead.com immediately to request pre-work cancellation.

(b) After work commences:

Once research work has begun, no refunds will be issued. Research involves labor, proprietary data acquisition costs, and processing expenditures that cannot be retrieved or reversed after commencement.

(c) Delivered orders and accuracy guarantee:

All sales are final after deliverables have been uploaded to your client portal or transmitted via email. If you identify a data quality issue in your delivered work, you may submit a revision request through your client portal. AxZ Lead provides a 95% data accuracy guarantee on deliverable contact records for standard skip tracing and lead generation orders. Records that fail to meet this accuracy threshold will be reprocessed or replaced at no additional charge.

(d) Payment disputes and chargebacks:

If you file a payment dispute or chargeback with your card issuer rather than contacting AxZ Lead directly to resolve your issue, we reserve the right to vigorously contest the dispute using all documented evidence. This evidence includes your IP address at time of purchase, your Terms of Service acceptance timestamp, delivery logs, server access records, and your submitted order specifications. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for services that were delivered or actively in progress may constitute fraud under applicable federal and state laws.

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

Research data provided by AxZ Lead is compiled from public records, licensed third-party databases, and proprietary research methodologies. While we enforce strict quality verification standards, AxZ Lead does not warrant that all records reflect real-time updates at the exact second of delivery, as government recording offices and data providers update on independent schedules. Custom research, title examination, and public record document retrieval are delivered on a best-efforts basis subject to the availability and legibility of underlying source records.

6. Acceptance of Terms at Checkout

By completing an order or clicking to authorize payment, you explicitly confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service, understand that the service is a digital research service with no physical delivery, accept the delivery timeline disclosed at checkout, and agree to the refund and dispute policies set forth herein. Your IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp are captured at the time of checkout for legal verification and compliance.

7. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

Deliverables provided to you are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish bulk data lists acquired through AxZ Lead without express written permission. You agree to use all research data in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable federal and state data privacy regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AxZ Lead, its directors, employees, or data partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, investment losses, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of your use of our services or reliance on delivered research data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. AxZ Lead's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of your use of AxZ Lead services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for all claims arising out of these Terms.
